The integration of Yoga and Psychotherapy provide a potent approach for self-exploration. The combination of these modes of contemplation support an encounter with life’s foundational questions, and facilitate an understanding of ourselves that supports a rich, deeply connected, and meaningful existence.

Through Psychotherapy’s dialogue-based reflection, and Yoga’s somatic practices of breath and movement, we seek to explore the parts of our experience that cannot easily be reached by words and concepts.
